This is the 2nd Lacie external hard drive I have had and like the first it appears to have died on me. The first one I bought lasted about a year before it died. This one last a little longer, almost 2 years...and now it is on the fritz. The files will be there one minute and then they will disappear. Do not trust Lacie! This will be the 2nd time that I have lost all of my iTunes music due to Lacie. At least I was smart enough not to save all my photos on it this time. I do not recommend Lacie external hard drives.
